Jon Halloran

Advisor & Operating Partner

Mr. Halloran is an Advisor and Operating Partner of HRT.  He has over 10 years of experience with HRT specializing in test development and implementation. For the past 13 years, Jon has served as Director of Assessment and Selection overseeing a complex behavioral science-based application and screening process serving a diverse customer base including United States Special Operations Command, Joint Special Operations Command and various Fortune 500 companies.  Jon’s experience includes an intense focus on behavioral interviewing having conducted over 6,000 candidate assessments.

Jon is currently completing a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Purdue University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Virginia Tech.  He was a multi-sport athlete, a PGA Golf Professional, and has over 25 years of experience coaching youth sports.
