Sean Gasperson, PhD

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Gasperson is the Chief Scientific Officer of HRT and responsible for oversight and development of the Company’s intellectual property and proprietary data. Dr. Gasperson was most recently a Senior Psychometrician at Scantron Corporation where he consulted with clients on assessment-related activities of national and international certification and licensure programs, including role delineations, test and item development efforts, standard setting, statistical and psychometric analysis and reporting, and psychometric issues and best practices.

Dr. Gasperson earned his PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from North Carolina State University, an MA in General/Theoretic Psychology (I/O concentration) from East Carolina University and a BA in Psychology from Southern Wesleyan University, where he played soccer.
