Major General Mark O’Neil, US Army (Retired) is an Advisor and Operating Partner of HRT with firsthand experience of how the framework delivers in critical assessment and selection situations from over sixteen years serving within the Joint Special Operations Command and the United States Special Operations Command.
Mark retired in 2019 after a 33-year career in the US Army, most recently as the Commanding General of United States Army Alaska at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. Prior assignments included Executive Officer to the Chief of Staff, United States Army, Deputy Commanding General - Operations for 10th Mountain Division, and Commander of one of the world’s most elite military units.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Norwich University and a Master of Military Arts and Science from the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He completed his Senior Service College Fellowship with the Central Intelligence Agency.
