Mr. Daniel is the Chairman & CEO of HRT and leads the growth and development of the company. He is the Chairman, CEO and Founder of Daniel Capital Group LLC (DCG), and has over 25 years of experience acquiring and operating businesses and advising companies and executives on issues related to investments, acquisitions, capital structure, fundraising, new product development, and corporate strategy.

Greg’s experience includes starting, acquiring, turning around and managing operating business in the retail, finance, services, and technology industries. Before founding DCG in 2005, he held management positions at Raymond James Financial, Watershed Capital, Universal Access, and The Marshall Group. Greg holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, an MBA from Duke University, where he was recognized as a Fuqua Fellow and Mead Scholar, and a BBA from the University of Notre Dame where he played on the rugby team.
